Consistent and efficient processes that align to NMSDC’s overall strategic goals and objectives for measuring and monitoring performance.

Implementation Recommendations:

The Initiative Working Committee made the following recommendations to the NMSDC Board of Directors at its annual meeting on October 31, 2012:

  1. Create a balanced Scorecard For:
    1. Customer Performance Metrics
      Current Status: Currently under development
    2. Learning and Growth
    3. Internal Network Performance Metrics
      Current Status: Key Performance Indicators have been developed; currently reviewing tools for tracking data and capturing analytics.
    4. Financial Performance Metrics
      Current Status: Key Performance Indicators have been developed; currently reviewing tools for tracking data and capturing analytics.
